Job Summary
Position Title: Senior Test Consultant — SAP MM Testing (P2P)
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 12–18 months
Reports To: Test Manager / Test Lead
Level: Senior Test Consultant

1. Role Summary
Testing end-to-end SAP MM for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in an S/4HANA transformation, ensuring functional accuracy, integration consistency, and data integrity across procurement.

2. Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data for MM/P2P
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Validate procurement lifecycle (PR → PO → GR → Invoice Verification)
Validate inventory management and stock movement processes
Execute end-to-end P2P scenarios and validate financial postings
Ensure integration testing with FI (AP), SD, Ariba and logistics
Perform data validation (GR/IR, stock, vendor balances)
Manage defects including logging, RCA, and retesting

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate all testing activities for sap s/4hana projects, including test planning, test case creation, test execution, and defect management.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with the overall project objectives.
3. Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana modules.
4. Conduct performance testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (uat) for sap s/4hana solutions.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior testing team members and ensure testing best practices are followed.
6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on testing progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap s/4hana modules and architecture.
2. Proficiency in creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for sap s/4hana.
3. Experience in conducting performance testing, regression testing, and uat for sap s/4hana solutions.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve testing issues.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
