Position: Senior Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Media Buyer who takes complete ownership of campaign success. This is more than just launching ads—you'll be expected to think strategically, identify growth opportunities, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, accountable, and confident in sharing ideas that improve creatives, funnels, offers, and overall marketing strategy. If you enjoy scaling campaigns and taking responsibility for results, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Take end-to-end ownership of campaign performance across assigned client accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
- Analyze key metrics such as CPA, CPL, CTR, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with creative, copywriting, landing page, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.
- Suggest new creative angles, offers, hooks, audiences, and testing strategies based on campaign insights.
- Conduct structured A/B testing for creatives, audiences, campaign structures, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining profitability and client KPIs.




- Prepare performance insights and actionable recommendations rather than only reporting numbers.
- Stay updated with Meta platform updates, industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in a performance marketing setting.
- Proven experience scaling campaigns with profitable acquisition costs.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, marketing funnels, and direct-response advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Ability to think strategically rather than simply execute tasks.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Confident in providing ideas and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with coaches, consultants, online education, or info-product businesses.
- Familiarity with webinars, VSLs, application funnels, evergreen funnels, and high-ticket offers.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, lead quality optimization, and attribution.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a performance marketing agency.
