About the Role

We're looking for someone who loves the entire video production process.

Someone who's comfortable setting up a shoot, directing the energy on set, framing the perfect shot, and then bringing everything together in the post production.

If you enjoy turning ideas into engaging videos and want to work on content seen by thousands of professionals, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Production

- Plan and execute shoots across podcasts, interviews, events, campaigns, and brand content
- Operate mirrorless cameras
- Manage lighting, audio, and multicamera productions
- Coordinate with speakers, creators, and internal stakeholders during shoots
- Ensure smooth execution from setup to wrap

Post-Production

- Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Create engaging cuts with strong pacing and storytelling
- Add motion graphics and visual enhancements
- Optimize content for different formats and channels

Collaboration

- Work closely with Founders, Marketing, Content, and Growth teams
- Translate creative ideas into compelling visual stories
- Own projects from concept to final delivery

Innovation

- Experiment with AI-powered tools and new workflows
- Stay updated with content, creator,



and video production trends

What Problems You'll Solve

- Helping Airtribe build a strong, recognisable video presence across platforms
- Turning ideas and raw footage into content that actually holds attention

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing
- Experience handling indoor and outdoor shoots independently
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, camera operations, and audio
- Experience working on branded content, corporate shoots, podcasts, or creator-led productions
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
- A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual detail

Tools You'll Use

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI-powered creative tools

Non-Negotiables

- 2+ years of professional production experience
- Ability to independently run shoots from start to finish
- Strong editing and storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of lighting and production workflows
- High ownership and attention to detail
