Job Purpose:

Manage and oversee the organization's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting processes while ensuring accurate financial records, timely compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Who You Are:

- 6+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice verification, accounting, and payment processing.
- Sound knowledge of GST compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Returns, Reconciliations), TDS (Returns, Payments, Form 16/16A), and Payroll compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.).
- Experience in General Ledger review, debtor & creditor reconciliations, ageing analysis, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Exposure to monthly and annual financial closing, MIS reporting, and preparation of audit schedules.
- Experience coordinating with overseas subsidiaries or international consultants for accounting, payroll, taxation, and statutory compliances will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls,



and statutory requirements.
