SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant

Must Have skills:Strong experience with the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including sales orders, pricing, delivery and billing; returns, credit memos and debit memos; integration with SAP FI, MM and other modules. Experience with SAP RAR is an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Consultant with strong expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes across the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, returns management, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing.
- Design and implement solutions for returns processing, credit memos, debit memos, and related sales document flows.
- Gather business requirements, perform solution design, configuration, testing, and production support for SAP SD/OTC processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize sales and distribution processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and SAP FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
- Support data migration, cutover activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments,



enhancements, interfaces, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements aligned with SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with the complete SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
- Expertise in Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Credit Memos, and Debit Memos.
- Experience configuring SAP SD processes and managing the complete sales document lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of integration with SAP FI, SAP MM, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
