We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Shopify projects, manage client relationships, oversee a team of 15–20 professionals, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Shopify and Shopify Plus projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.

- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 15–20 developers, designers, QA engineers, and project coordinators.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.

- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.

- Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor project progress.

- Conduct regular client meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and project review meetings.

- Monitor resource utilization and ensure optimum team productivity.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, mentor team members, and support their skilled growth.

- Coordinate with HR and management regarding employee performance, appraisals, training needs, and resource planning.

- Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and proactively manage escalations.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Improve project delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.

- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and management updates.

Requirements





- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management within an IT services or eCommerce company.

- Proven experience managing Shopify or Shopify Plus development projects.

- Experience leading and mentoring teams of 15–20 members.

- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in resource planning, workload distribution, and team performance management.

- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.

- Knowledge of website development lifecycle, UI/UX, QA, and Shopify ecosystem.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
