We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage Shopify projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end Shopify and Shopify Plus projects.

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal development team.

- Understand project requirements and prepare clear task briefs for developers and designers.

- Create project plans, timelines, and monitor project progress.

- Assign tasks, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.

- Coordinate with Shopify Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and other stakeholders.

- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when necessary.

- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.

- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

- Assist in gathering client feedback and managing change requests.

- Use project management tools to monitor daily progress and team productivity.

Requirements

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Executive, or similar role.

- Experience coordinating Shopify or eCommerce projects is highly preferred.





- Strong understanding of the Shopify platform and eCommerce workflows.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.

- Basic understanding of website development, UI/UX, and QA processes.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field
