At DrinkPrime, we’re redefining access to clean, safe, and healthy drinking water through creative IoT-enabled water purifiers delivered via a smart subscription model. As a Junior QA Engineer (Automation-Focused), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our products from day one. You’ll be at the forefront of building a robust automation framework, contributing to faster release cycles, and helping us scale with confidence. Responsibilities:

- Design, write, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for UI and API testing

- Identify, document, and track defects with detailed reproducible steps and debugging insights

- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand feature logic, edge cases, and integration flows

- Drive regression automation efforts to minimize manual testing and improve release velocity

- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups,



and release coordination

- Stay updated with modern test automation practices and continuously improve testing strategies

- Take increasing ownership of test coverage and quality for assigned product modules

RequirementsRequirements:

- 1+ years of QA experience (including internships), with hands-on automation experience

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred)

- Practical experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or similar

- Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools (Postman, REST)

- Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to trace issues across frontend and backend systems

- Comfortable reading and understanding code, including backend service interactions

- Proactive mindset with a high sense of ownership and eagerness to learn in a dynamic startup environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
