Job Description:

We're looking for a creator who can take an idea from a blank page to a published post. Someone who enjoys researching topics, writing compelling scripts, editing engaging videos, and packaging content for social media. Whether it's a LinkedIn thought leadership post, an Instagram Reel, a YouTube Short, you know how to make content that people actually want to watch.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a creator, not just a marketer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Research & Ideation

- Research trends, topics, audience behaviour, and cultural moments
- Find compelling story angles and content opportunities
- Turn business ideas into engaging content concepts
- Stay ahead of platform trends and creator formats

Scriptwriting

- Develop original content concepts across formats and platforms
- Write scripts for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, YouTube content, branded films, and campaigns
- Experiment with storytelling formats,



visual devices, humour, trends, and platform-native ideas
- Adapt concepts and scripts for different audiences, platforms, and content objectives
- Pitch ideas clearly and explain why they are likely to connect with the audience

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit short-form and long-form videos
- Create engaging cuts, pacing, transitions, captions, and motion graphics
- Add music, sound effects, and subtitles
- Package videos with thumbnails, titles, and social-first formats
- Create static creatives and carousels when required
