Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. This position is critical to strengthening our organization’s risk posture by ensuring robust, secure, and scalable configurations across the DDR module, external vendor portals, workflow automation, and access control. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow development, a robust understanding of risk management workflows, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, secure solutions that align with enterprise standards. Your work will directly impact our ability to manage third-party risks efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Location: Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Noida

Responsibilities:

- Enable, configure, and test the DDR (Due Diligence Review) module within the TPRM platform.

- Implement and support enhancements to the TPRM platform to meet evolving business needs.

- Create and maintain comprehensive third-party profiles with accurate risk and compliance data.

- Design, develop, and maintain external vendor portals to support seamless third-party engagement.

- Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer to streamline risk assessment and approval processes.





- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Actions, Events, and Notifications to automate key processes.

- Configure, test, and troubleshoot complex Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security and role-based access.

- Apply automation and security best practices to maintain platform integrity and performance.

Requirements

- 7-12 years of relevant experience in IT service management and platform development.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

- Proficiency in Flow Designer for workflow automation.

- Strong experience with Business Rules, Script Actions, and server-side scripting.

- Expertise in Event Registry, Notifications, and event-driven automation.

- Demonstrated ability to configure and troubleshoot complex ACLs.

- Advanced JavaScript skills, including client and server-side scripting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

- Direct experience with TPRM and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) modules.

- Experience in Service Portal development and custom widget creation.
