Description

- Implement and monitor the organization's Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety requirements.
- Develop and review risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Support management in achieving HSE objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement.
