Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Engagement with HDFC Bank Unsecured Team (PL and BL) and drive business through them.

• Relationship Management with HDFC Bank Senior Team viz Zonal Head, RSM, ASM, TPP Team.

• To maintain Market Share and Penetration for organization.

• Achieve GWP Parameter.

• Driving Team of Area Manager & Sales Managers for business across PCH,UP and UK

• Role includes travelling and developing relationship in particular territory

• Ensuring motivation of team and guiding them to achieve organizational goal

• Geographies to be Managed: Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

• Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

• Good verbal and written skills

• Good at Excel and MIS generation

• Effective communicator & Skilled team leader

• Total Experience should be 10-14 years

• Minimum 3- 5 yrs of team leadership role

• Go getter & eager to grow in career of oneself & team

• Team player in cross functional environment

• Exposure of Health Insurance sector is required
