Role Summary
The Global HR Policy Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, governing, and continuously improving HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle frameworks across all TAC Security offices globally. This role will ensure that HR policies comply with local labor laws while maintaining consistency with the organization's global culture, values, and business objectives.
The role requires strong expertise in employment legislation, policy governance, compliance, employee relations, and cross-functional stakeholder management
