- Assess data strategy source systems identity needs data readiness and AI use case feasibility
- Design Data Cloud architecture including data streams data model objects identity resolution and calculated insights
- Implement data ingestion harmonization segmentation activation and governance controls
- Enable Agentforce and AI use cases with grounded trusted and secure enterprise data
- Define prompt grounding approach data access controls privacy guardrails and quality validation
- Create dashboards and monitoring for data completeness freshness activation and AI outcome metrics
- Build reusable Data Cloud implementation playbooks data quality templates and AI readiness assets
