About the Company

A Big-4-style skilled-services firm is building its India contracts centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Contracts Manager. You will run the contracting engine behind client engagements, alliances, and vendor relationships for a firm that lives and dies by clean paperwork. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Contracts Manager, you will own the full contract lifecycle for client and vendor agreements - drafting, negotiating, and tracking them from intake to renewal - so engagement teams can move fast without legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Negotiation

- Draft and redline client engagement letters, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients, alliance partners, and vendors
- Maintain playbooks and fallback positions for standard clauses

Lifecycle & Governance

- Track contracts end to end in the CLM system, from intake to renewal and close-out




- Flag non-standard terms and route them to legal counsel for sign-off
- Report contract status, turnaround times, and risk exposure to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 9 years managing commercial contracts, ideally in professional services or consulting
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, with an eye for commercial risk
- Comfort managing a high volume of contracts across multiple stakeholders
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM
- A law degree or paralegal background, though not practising as counsel
- Exposure to client engagement contracting in a consulting or audit firm
