The Sales Service Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Jabalpur.

Medical Equipments Sales & Bussiness development

Technical Service & Support.

Demonstration

Providing technical support for AIM Technologies’ solutions, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, and performing routine maintenance and repair on installed systems.

The Sales Service

Engineer will visit customer sites to conduct field service activities, install and configure software or hardware as needed, and ensure systems operate reliably. The role also includes collaborating with sales and account teams to understand customer requirements, assisting in pre- and post-sales technical discussions, and communicating clearly with customers to explain solutions, status updates, and best practices. The individual will document service activities,



follow established procedures, and contribute feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, with strong technical medical sales experience.

5 to 7 years of experience in sales and service of medical devices or healthcare equipment.

Industry Preference: Direct experience working closely with hospitals and healthcare facilities is a must.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for hospital visits and field service calls locally or regionally.
