We are hiring for a role .Net Production Support (L3) - US healthcare domain

Location : Bangalore , Hyderabad, Chennai , Pune

Experience : 7+ years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Job Description :

- Extensive experience in development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets platform).

- Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Guiding Care

- Experience with claims processing, perks management, and provider network management in the healthcare space.

- Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.

- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Experience with web services.

- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.

- US healthcare is mandatory.

- Usage of AI in Application Support

- Strong Comm. Skills - should be able to lead
