Job Description
Supports various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all activities within the assigned business unit inclusive of customer revenue realization through invoicing, reporting, supporting month-end activities, participating in ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.

Responsibility:
Acquire general knowledge of different pay models and oversee the entire billing process for those models. Data entry in multiple platforms: Salesforce, SharePoint, Oracle, Excel, Data management, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting related to deliverables. Communication with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Finance & Customer Support. External stakeholders include faculty & students. Utilize multiple platforms to complete and document package changes, conduct reconciliations, extract data and research issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience
• Prior billing/customer service experience (both phone/email support).
• General understanding of business principles/practices




• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Good communication skill
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
