What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead a geographically dispersed team and oversee a national portfolio spanning offices, retail and specialised sites. The successful candidate will be based on-site in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead comprehensive portfolio strategies across diverse asset classes and geographical locations
• Oversee complex lease transactions, negotiations, and market rent reviews to maximize client advantages
• Drive the development and implementation of energetic leasing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Manage critical dates and ensure contractual compliance across the national portfolio
• Champion value-for-money outcomes through strategic, portfolio-level planning
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Transaction Managers
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, landlords,



and legal teams

Key Skills & Requirements
• Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property transactions with demonstrated team leadership success
• Experience in retail leasing management
• Solid negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic problem-solving abilities with focus on innovative leasing solutions
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in complex property transactions
• Superior writing, presentation, and communication capabilities
