1. Follow QHSE policy.

2. Co-ordinate in Internal Audit.

3. Maintain records of his work.

4. Responsible for overall production related activities.

5. Carry out necessary production as per monthly planning.

6. Appropriate identification at the production stage.

7. Allotment of work as per planning to production engineers.

8. Monitor compliance to any legal and other requirement related to his function.

9. Identification of significant aspects and high areas if any for his function.

10. Decide objectives and work towards the achievement of the same.

11. Coordinate planning manager and fabricate job as per the schedule date.

12. Follow and see that environmental and safety procedures and health and safety manuals are followed.

Identification of non-conforming events related to workplace and safety and take appropriate actions in consultation with MR&A;/ Unit Head.

14. Follow emergency response plan in case of emergency.

15. Co-ordinate during mock drills.

16. Responsible for departmental training.

17. Preparing Actual Vs Planned production report with coordination with production engineers.

18. Responsible for arrangement of manpower for each station.

19. Responsible for Preparing WCS and PQR of different welding procedure and materials.

20. Prepare of WCS for procurement of welding consumable.

21. Co-ordinate and plan NDE at shop.

22. Interpretation of RT films.

23. Co-ordinate with TPI for all the inspection stages.
