We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full Stack Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, a strong understanding of modern web technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role involves developing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-quality software delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend frameworks
- Build and integrate backend APIs and services
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to implement features
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, bug fixing, feature enhancements, application maintenance and performance optimization
- Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling
- Integrate third-party APIs and services where required
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback. Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards are followed
- Maintain version control and follow CI/CD workflows
- Contribute to testing and quality assurance processes
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends
- Assist in estimating development tasks and meeting project timelines. Document technical implementation details where required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and process-driven environment
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Typescript
- Basic to intermediate backend development knowledge in Node.js / Python / PHP
- Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows. Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of responsive UI development and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
