Job Summary
As an Azure Security Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalated incidents while adhering to quality standards. Your expertise in network and security on the Azure platform will be essential to elevate customer satisfaction and facilitate operational excellence. You will mentor team members, validate compliance measures, and actively engage with stakeholders to drive effective communication and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Incidents Within Agreed Slas By Applying In-Depth Knowledge Of Azure Security Best Practices And Incident Management Protocols.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Developing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Enhance Team Capabilities And Knowledge Sharing.

Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Adherence To Human Error Compliance Using Azure Security Tools, While Actively Participating In Capacity Planning To Optimize Resource Allocation.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Actively Participating In Customer Meetings To Gather Insights On Issues Faced, Ensuring That Feedback Is Integrated Into Service Improvements.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses, Including Root Cause Analysis And Trend Analysis, To Prepare Reports That Facilitate Performance Enhancement And Strategic Presentations To Key Business Stakeholders.
