Owns the overall test strategy and execution, ensuring quality assurance, defect management, RTM integrity, and stakeholder confidence in outcomes.
Offshore Location (work AEST hrs)
Key Responsibilities
5 years plus experience leading testing for complex business and technology initiatives
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies (system, integration, UAT, regression) and defect management
• Experience managing RTMs and ensuring end to end traceability and audit readiness
• Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders, delivery leads, and technical teams
• Robust planning, coordination, and reporting skills in multi stream environments
