Engineer — Salesforce Service Cloud (India)
Location: Noida/PAN India
Type: Full-time/Contract
Seniority: Mid-level IC (India-based)
Role Summary: India-based engineer contributing to Service Cloud delivery across time zones. Build/configure SFSC features, align with global standards, and support release activities.

Key Responsibilities
Implement SFSC features (Cases, Queues, SLAs), Flows, and targeted Apex.
Configure Omni‑Channel and Digital Engagement under guidance; maintain Knowledge base configurations.
Participate in code reviews, test automation collaboration, and nightly build health.
Support deployments, runbooks, and production support on a rota.

Required Skills
3–6+ years Salesforce; hands-on Service Cloud.
Flows, Apex fundamentals, LWC basics; Git-based workflows; comfort with IST/on-call collaboration.
Strong communication and documentation.

Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with Gearset/Copado, Provar/Selenium, and MuleSoft/ETL basics.
Certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I; Service Cloud Consultant nice-to-have.

Interview Focus
Hands-on configuration speed/quality, Apex basics, collaboration across time zones, support mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of salesforce developers in designing and implementing solutions on the salesforce platform
2. Develop custom solutions using salesforce apex, visualforce pages, and lightning components
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient and scalable solutions
4. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
5. Manage integrations with third-party systems and tools to enhance salesforce functionality
6. Stay updated on salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their salesforce development skills

Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce apex, visualforce, lightning components, and salesforce declarative tools
2. Proficiency in developing and customizing salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
3. Robust understanding of salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
4. Ability to lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and drive project delivery
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement

Other Requirements
