What You will Be Doing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Learning & Research Analyst to support our global business operations. The role combines learning and development coordination, business/account research, project support, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders while using modern digital and AI tools to improve productivity and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives, including virtual training sessions, learning content updates, learner communication, and training tracking.
- Prepare training reports, participation summaries, adoption metrics, and learning effectiveness insights.
- Conduct business and account research to identify market trends, customer information, competitor insights, and prospecting opportunities.
- Compile research findings into clear business reports, presentations, dashboards, and summary documents for stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional projects by tracking actions, maintaining project updates, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Assist in measuring the impact and ROI of training and operational initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support adoption of new initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity to improve research efficiency, content preparation, and reporting workflows.

Required Skills, Education & Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, business research, sales enablement, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills suitable for a global audience.
- Strong stakeholder management and active listening skills.
- Working knowledge of modern learning practices, LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and digital learning content management.
- Proficiency in research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, company websites, and web-based research platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
Proficiency in presentation and reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Canva, or similar visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools for research and content support.
Flexibility to collaborate with international teams across US, UK, and APAC time zones when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in training analytics,



learning adoption reporting, or business performance reporting.
- Exposure to project coordination or PMO support activities.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce from a user/business perspective.
