We have an opportunity for a Client Compute Administrator to join our Global Service Desk team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the Manager of IT.
In this pivotal role, you will manage and maintain endpoint operations, serving as the go-to expert for Windows endpoint environments across the organization. Collaborating closely with the IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams, you will drive endpoint compliance, security hardening, and automation — playing a critical role in advancing Infoblox's modern device management strategy and ensuring a seamless, secure experience for all users.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Manage macOS endpoints through Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, compliance, security baselines, and inventory.
- Implement and support automated macOS enrollment and provisioning through Apple Business Manager and Jamf, including PreStage Enrollments, Setup Assistant, and troubleshooting.
- Administer macOS update management, including update policies, deferral settings, deployment rings, monitoring, and remediation.
- Build Bash, zsh,
and/or Python automation for remediation, reporting, compliance checks, and endpoint workflows.
- Manage application deployment and patching through Jamf and related tools, including testing, phased rollout, version management, and rollback.
- Package and deploy macOS applications using PKG, DMG, policies, configuration profiles, and modern deployment workflows.
- Support Apple platform integrations, including Apple Business Manager, Managed Apple IDs, certificates, tokens, and device-assignment workflows.
- Act as the escalation point for complex macOS endpoint issues involving operating system performance, applications, networking, authentication, profiles, and security controls.
- Perform root-cause analysis and reduce repeat issues through automation, standardization, monitoring, and documented support procedures.
- Support mobile application management (MAM) policies on Intune
- Implement and support Jamf Protect for endpoint security monitoring, threat prevention, policy configuration, and incident investigation.
- Provide basic support for Windows endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and troubleshooting.
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience managing macOS endpoints with Jamf Pro.
- Strong macOS administration skills across profiles, policies, compliance, inventory, and Automated Device Enrollment.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Managed Apple IDs, APNs, tokens, and device assignments.
- Experience managing macOS updates, deferrals, deployment rings, monitoring, and remediation.
- Advanced Bash, zsh, or Python scripting and automation skills.
- Experience packaging, deploying, patching, and troubleshooting macOS applications using PKG, DMG, Jamf, AutoPkg, or Composer.
- Knowledge of macOS security controls, including FileVault, XProtect, Gatekeeper, system extensions, and CIS benchmarks.
- Experience with MAM, application protection,
data security, and Apple device access controls.
- Understanding of SSO, certificate-based authentication, Conditional Access, and compliance alignment.
- Robust macOS troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits is a plus.
- Jamf or Apple certifications are preferred; a relevant degree and additional certifications are advantageous.

- Crosstrain team members on MDM Solutions
- Decide on endpoint licensing and vendor management
- Work on endpoint strategy and modern client architecture
- Deliver audit readiness documentation and processes
- Work on tools integration and automation
