Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1 Years
Salary: 1.4 To 2.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.

- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns as per statutory deadlines.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.

- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and day-to-day financial transactions.





- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.

- Generate MIS reports for management review.

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and departments to resolve accounting-related issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA Inter or M.Com preferred).

- 2–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or firm workplace.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).

- Sound knowledge of taxation laws, TDS, GST, and general ledger processes.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
