Position: HR Head

About the Role

We are looking to hire an in-house HR Head professional with strong experience in blue-collar hiring and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid ground-level hiring network, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR activities efficiently.

Candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar hiring ,Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and attendance management.
- Source candidates through field networks, vendors, references, job portals, and local channels
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination for joining formalities
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline for ongoing manpower requirements
- Coordinate with operations and management teams for workforce planning
- Basic knowledge of labor laws, statutory requirements, and logistics compliances.
- Manage attendance,



employee records, and basic HR operations
- Support day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and local hiring sources

Requirements

- Prior experience in blue-collar hiring is mandatory
- Robust local network and ground-level recruitment experience
- Experience in hospitality industry will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and close positions quickly
- Basic understanding of HR operations and employee management

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in hiring staff such as housekeeping, kitchen staff, delivery staff, helpers, stewards, security, drivers, and other operational workforce
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Result-oriented and proactive approach towards hiring
