Job Description:

Position: Video Editor
Location: Vesu, Surat

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Video Editor to produce engaging video content that brings the 360 Core brand and our technology to life. You'll edit everything from social media reels and product explainers to corporate and recruitment videos — turning raw footage and technical concepts into polished, on-brand stories for global audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Edit and produce video content for social media (reels, shorts), marketing campaigns, product explainers, and corporate communications.
* Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to explain complex technology concepts (AI, blockchain, cloud, IoT) clearly.
* Handle the full editing workflow — cutting, color grading, audio mixing, captions, and final delivery across formats. Repurpose and adapt content into multiple aspect ratios and durations for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
* Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent visual identity and brand tone. Source and manage music, sound effects, stock footage, and other assets.
* Organize and maintain project files, footage libraries, and version control.
* Keep up with current video trends, formats, and platform best practices.





REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* 2-4 years of professional video editing experience.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* Solid motion graphics and animation skills. Good understanding of color grading, audio editing, and sound design.
* A strong show reel/portfolio demonstrating social, marketing, and explainer-style work. Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

PREFERRED / NICE-TO-HAVE
* Experience with DaVinci Resolve for advanced color grading.
* 3D / motion design skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar).
* Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
* Experience creating content for tech, SaaS, or enterprise brands.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted video/editing tools.
* Interest in technology, blockchain/Web3, or emerging tech.
