Playing Captain / Team Leader

Main Responsibility

- Manage 3–8 RMs
- Drive team revenue
- Acquire large clients
- Mentor RMs
- Monitor pipeline and conversions

Team Target Example

- Team AUM: ₹200 Cr – ₹500 Cr
- Team Revenue: ₹3 Cr – ₹8 Cr

Ideal Candidate Profile:
○ 10-15 years of experience in wealth management or private banking
* Proven track record of managing HNI / UHNI client relationships
○ Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
