Position: Sr. Officer/Executive Design & Development

Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Industries: Pharma - Medical Device
Responsibilities:
- Minimum experience of extrusion should be 3 years.
- Handling hot melt extrusion machine and management of manufacturing through extrusion process in core plastic products.
- Planning the feature development.
- Working closely with the engineering team to align them with the requirements.
- Tracking the development progress.
- Developing the verification and validation plans
- Working with the quality team to execute on the verification and validation suite
- Understanding the requirements of these processes through reading and training.
- Ensuring all the correct development processes are being followed
- Creating the documentation required
- Maintaining/ updating design history file
- Learning the new technologies, Implementing in house solution
- Project progress, in case of delay how to speedup
- Resource requirements, Daily task & their status
- Follow-up taken with other departments on project progress, updating URS time
- To subordinate & college about new technologies, recent methods , documentation. Technical skills, New product development, New process.
- Testing protocol to different department as per need of projects, in case of any undesired event.
