- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities.
- Customer Inquiries: Handling inbound calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address their questions and concerns professionally.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Following up on leads, explaining product benefits, and working to convert prospects into customers to meet sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing productive and effective service.
- Record Keeping: Accurately documenting all customer interactions,



updating call logs, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
- Information Dissemination: Providing information about products and services to potential clients and ensuring they understand the value proposition.
