We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL and PL/SQL, along with a solid understanding of ASP.NET and C#. This role will involve troubleshooting issues, ensuring system stability, and providing support for production applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL and PL/SQL databases.
- Assist in the development and execution of database queries and scripts for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve application issues in ASP.NET and C#.
- Provide timely support and escalation of incidents in accordance with SLA requirements.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
- Participate in on-call support rotations as required.
- Work closely with QA and Development teams to identify root causes of production issues and suggest improvements.
