Job Summary:
The Industrial Subsidy Process Executive will oversee the entire subsidy application
process for industrial businesses. This role involves working closely with clients to gather
required information, ensuring accurate and timely submissions, and managing
applications through to final approval.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Subsidy Applications:
* Prepare subsidy applications for industrial businesses, including
document collection and accurate submission as per government
guidelines.
* Handle administrative tasks related to the subsidy process.
2. Client Communication & Follow-Up:
* Maintain consistent communication with clients to gather
necessary documents and provide updates on the application
process.
* Ensure timely submission and address client queries at every stage.
3. Process Management & Verification:
* Review and verify subsidy applications to ensure compliance with
industrial policies and guidelines.
* Oversee the end-to-end application process, ensuring
completeness and accuracy.
4. Application Monitoring & Record Maintenance:
* Track and monitor the status of subsidy applications, payments,
and outcomes.
* Maintain organized records for each client, including process
stages and results.
* Skills:
Analytical and research skills to interpret industrial policies and
guidelines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client
relationships eYectively.
* Knowledge of government subsidy schemes, regulations, and
compliance requirements.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to
detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft OYice (Excel: basic formulas, VLOOKUP,
HLOOKUP; Word) and relevant software.
* Working knowledge of Tally Prime and GST.
