Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Leader RT for a reputed FMCG MNC company at the Pune (Vishrantwadi) location.

Job responsibilities:

- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Supervision stock and cold room operations.
- Educate & Motivate sales team with briefing periodically.
- Support team in marketing & Sales activities.
- Maintain & Record periodically sampling & marketing activities.
- Control outstanding following company guidelines & Protocols.
- Sharing the report to the senior or Head Office as per requirements.
- Develop & penetrate new market.
- Ensure the record & maintenance of the company Asset.
- Development of Market.
- Management of Route sales.
- Negotiation with Retailers
- Communicating well with all staff.




- Helping the special tasks if any.

Qualification: University Graduation (MBA is favorable).

Age: 25 to 28 Years

Gender - Male

Candidates Profile:

- Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English, Hindi and Local language.
- Candidate with pleasant personality, positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge and must have two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is favorable).
