Their responsibilities include fabricating components, troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining machinery to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities

- Assembly & Installation: Assembling and installing machinery, mechanical systems, and structural components from raw materials.

- Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine and emergency maintenance on equipment, repairing malfunctioning parts, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

- Fabrication: Cutting, shaping, and fitting metal components to accurate specifications using tools like grinders and cutting torches.

- Inspection & Testing: Inspecting fabricated parts and testing installed machinery to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

- Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.

- Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operating various hand tools, power tools,



and welding equipment.

- Collaboration: Working with engineers and other teams to optimize equipment performance and resolve technical issues.

- Record Keeping: Maintaining records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance.

- Safety Adherence: Following all safety protocols, company policies, and industry safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications
