- Fundamental Knowledge in Switching & Routing
- Practical Exposure to work in Switch Router & Firewall .
- Exposure in Regular Monitoring & Maintenance of Networking Infrastructure Health.
- Exposure in NMS tool for network monitoring.
- Proficient with Customer Communication to understanding problems as reported by Customer.
- Basic Troubleshooting skills to understand the problem as reported by customer
Qualifications:
- 3 years Working experience in LAN & WAN
- Educational qualifications: B.E or MCA or Diploma Eng or B.Sc.
