Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales effectively

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

- Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM systems

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies





- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or client meetings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated and goal-driven

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
