Job Description: Role Overview:
As a telemarketer, you will represent our international clients, making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in their products and services. Your primary responsibilities include engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and closing sales over the phone while building rapport and gathering customer information.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to promote services.
Build relationships with potential customers and understand their needs.
Handle objections effectively and influence buying decisions.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and demos.
Meet or exceed lead generation and sales conversion targets.

Daily Tasks:
Promote products/services through outbound calls.
Qualify leads and capture customer information accurately.
Articulate the advantages of offerings persuasively.
Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads and close sales.
Overcome objections and close sales deals successfully.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Share qualified leads with the sales team.




Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (interacting with international English-speaking clients).
Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive phone abilities.
Proficiency in English.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Resilient, motivated, and well organized.
Basic computer literacy; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
