and supervise junior nursing staff. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A nursing degree (Diploma, BSc, or MSc) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active, current nursing registration/license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting is often required.
- Skills: Strong communication, empathy, leadership, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and sometimes ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Working Conditions
