Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the pipeline of ongoing application developments to ensure timely delivery.

- Coordinate with the development team to prioritize development pipeline

- Collaborate with business teams to gather and document new application requirements.

- Analyse requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and technical feasibility.

- Act as a bridge between the business and development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.

- Coordinate end-to-end testing of applications, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Manage the rollout and implementation of new applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

- Monitor application performance and resolve any issues promptly.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvements as needed.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.ScIT).

- 7+ years of experience in IT application management, implementation, or support.

- Solid knowledge of development, testing, DevOps practices, and MS SQL.

- Experience with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
