Job Description:

Department: Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

Location: OSD Pharma Operations, Mumbai

Experience: 3–6 years (Pharma industry – OSD manufacturing essential)

Qualificatio: BCom-commerce/ MBA-finance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly/weekly/daily production plans in line with market demand, sales forecast, and available capacity.
2. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Production teams for smooth execution of plans.
3. Maintain inventory of RM, PM, semi-finished, and finished goods as per defined norms.
4. Monitor batch scheduling, line loading, and ensure optimum utilization of resources (man, machine, material).
5. Track WIP (Work in Progress) and ensure timely availability of materials to avoid line stoppage.
6.



Prepare MIS reports – production vs. plan, inventory levels, material shortages, and capacity utilization.
7. Work closely with Supply Chain team to align production with dispatch schedules.
8. Participate in ERP transactions related to planning and inventory control.
