Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards at every stage of production from raw material to finished goods
- Implement and maintain documentation for QA processes, batch records, and product testing reports
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products like abdominal belts, LS belts, cervical collars, gauze swabs, etc
- Coordinate with production and packing teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in production areas
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections like ISO or CDSCO
- Monitor product labeling, batch coding, and packaging compliance
- Prepare and maintain inspection and test reports
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper root cause analysis and CAPA

Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, or related field
- Prior experience in QA or Production in a medical device or pharma setup preferred
- Basic knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, or medical device regulations is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to document accurately
