Job Description: Key Responsibilities

Operation & Monitoring

- Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, water treatment systems, and other utility equipment.

- Record and analyze operating parameters to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.

- Respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective actions to avoid downtime.

Maintenance

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on utility systems and equipment.

- Assist in scheduling and executing planned shutdowns, overhauls, and inspections.

- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in utility areas.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow OSHA, EPA, and agrochemical industry-specific safety and environmental guidelines.

- Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and hazardous chemical handling procedures.

- Support compliance with ISO, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate logs of operational data, maintenance activities, and equipment downtime.

- Report deviations, breakdowns, and maintenance needs to the supervisor.

- Support audits and inspections related to utilities.
