Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in *real estate lead generation*
Proven track record of running successful Facebook and Google ad campaigns for real estate
In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (preferred)
Requirements:
Previous experience working with real estate companies is mandatory
On-site presence is required
Demonstrated success in generating quality leads for real estate projects
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and buyer behavior
