Job Description – Customer Service Associate / Sales Associate

1. Position Overview

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role requires strong selling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

3. Job Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

- Maximize store sales through effective selling, product knowledge, and service.

- Assist the store in achieving sales targets in both value and volume.

- Provide excellent customer service by keeping the customer at the center of all interactions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Suggest current offers, trends, and promotions to customers.

- Maintain customer database and ensure continuous follow-up to build long-term relationships.

Store Operations





- Maintain stock levels through counting, replenishment, order placement, and proper shelf utilization.

- Ensure store ambience, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.

- Support visual merchandising by maintaining proper display and VM standards.

- Ensure grooming standards, attendance, and discipline are met consistently.

Performance Management

- Ensure KPIs are aligned with individual sales and service targets.

- Contribute actively to overall store goals and performance improvement.

- Patience, positive attitude, and confidence in closing sales.
