They are responsible for maintaining a secure and effective environment. Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Supervising, training, and scheduling night shift staff.
- Safety & Security: Implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, and securing the premises.
- Problem Solving: Handling emergency situations and addressing customer/guest issues.
- Reporting & Documentation: Preparing nightly operational reports, shift logs, and inventory checks.
- Process Improvement:



Implementing preventive measures and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Generally 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., hospitality, retail, or manufacturing).
- Leadership: Strong team-building, coaching, and communication skills.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make rapid decisions.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., hotel management systems).
- Flexibility: Availability to work varying night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
