Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager / Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Create engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media handles.

- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.) of all digital marketing activities.

- Manage and optimize company website and landing pages for better user experience and lead generation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and marketing strategies.

- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

- Handle online reputation management and customer engagement on digital platforms.





- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

- Support in lead generation and nurturing through marketing automation tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

- Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, or similar.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.

- Basic understanding of HTML, website management (WordPress, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Creative mindset with the ability to think out-of-the-box.

- Good communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.

- Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) will be an added advantage.
