Job Description: Key responsibilities may include:
- Design and Engineering:
- Leading the design and engineering of new electrical systems or upgrades to existing ones, including equipment selection, power calculations, and system layout.
- Reviewing electrical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Overseeing the procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
- Maintenance and Operations:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of electrical systems, monitoring performance parameters, and identifying potential issues.
- Leading troubleshooting efforts for electrical equipment failures, coordinating with maintenance teams to resolve complex problems.

- Technical Leadership:
- Mentoring and coaching junior electrical engineers on technical aspects of power plant operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience in power plant operations and electrical systems design
- Robust understanding of electrical power generation principles, including AC/DC circuits, transformers, generators, and power distribution systems
