Job Description: Site Engineer (Automation Company)

- Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning: Interpret project drawings, specifications, and plans to ensure accurate implementation. 2. Site Management: Oversee sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies. 3. Team Supervision: Lead and manage site teams, including contractors, labourers, and other engineers. 4. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify defects, and implement corrective actions. 5. Cost Management: Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and forecasts. 6. Communication: Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project deliverables are met. 7. Problem-Solving: Resolve site-related issues, including technical problems, conflicts, and delays. 8. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, safety records, and financial statements. 9. Safety Management: Ensure site safety,



implementing measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses. 10. Compliance: Verify compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Requirements 1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in B-Tech, BEE or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry. 3. Certifications: Should have proper license or equivalent certification. 4. Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical materials. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
